If you have never been to a Masseria, you have not known the most authentic Puglia. The farmhouse retains its original structure, thanks to the restoration works carried out in full compliance with its architectural features bringing back its ancient charm.
It boasts cosy rooms, furnished with sobriety and elegance, two splendid swimming pools - one of which is heated inside an ancient sheepfold -, outdoor spaces which are in harmony with the surrounding nature and finally a vegetarian restaurant for those who love ethical healthy food but don't want to miss out on tradition.
Masseria Carrube is an ideal refuge to forget the everyday routine, but thanks to its large indoor and outdoor spaces it is also an ideal location for events. The Mediterranean garden, with its characteristic pergola, the orange groves and the Trullo inside the olive grove are the perfect setting for spending your relaxing holidays, fully breathing the most authentic Apulian atmosphere.
