Right in the heart of this territory, the project of Federica Lapertosa (Tourist Guide and Environmental Hiking Guide) and Edmondo Di Dio (Environmental Hiking Guide) was born, a small company made in Puglia called Puglia Canyon Experience.
Couple in life and on the trails, Federica and Edmondo have made their passion a real job, a team work that, at a slow pace, with curiosity, respect for the environment and with the inexhaustible desire to know and make known the wonders of this territory, they organize excursions, but it would be better to say, “𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿”, definitely out of the ordinary. Real backpacking adventures to discover the deep canyons, wild nature, fascinating karst caves and the countless rock settlements that characterize this corner of Puglia.
At the base of their precious work there is a deep knowledge of the territory, a knowledge that is enriched from time to time thanks to the study and inspections carried out personally to study the degree of difficulty of the routes and define the right equipment to fully enjoy safety the experiences of walkers / travelers.
The itineraries, designed for both experienced hikers and beginners, for lone travelers, for families with children or for simple groups of friends who are passionate about nature, develop not only in the Terre delle Gravine but also in other areas of Puglia: from the National Park of Alta Murgia to the Valle d'Itria to the Adriatic coast, even touching Basilicata and Campania.
