On Wednesday 14 September, at the Oasi Beach restaurant in Margherita di Savoia, we took part in the "Nero di Troia Wine Party", the event conceived and promoted by Sommelier Ais, Bat-Swabia delegation, in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture of the Puglia Region and the Municipality of Margherita di Savoia.

The second edition of the competition for the Best Sommelier of Nero di Troia 2022/2023 was held concurrently with the event, with the awarding of the title to the young and promising sommelier Carmine Galasso.

To seal the evening, a tasting of the best Nero di Troia labels, presented and told by the AIS sommeliers, combined with the delicious dishes prepared by the chefs of Oasi Beach, La Porta Dei Leoni and Canneto Beach 2 of Margherita di Savoia.
