Get together to listen to good music, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while sipping a glass of wine, strictly Apulian. There is this and much more in the "Altro che Jazz" project, conceived by the Itinerapuglia association, staged in the Plus exhibition spaces. Four meetings with as many Apulian artists who brought different experiences and musical paths to the Plus stage but all united by an aptitude for research and great musical expressiveness.

First among the guests of the review, the young and talented Carolina Bubbico, pianist, singer, composer and arranger active on the music scene since 2011 when she made her debut with the original solo project "One girl band" which sees her busy using morè musical instruments, a loop machine, percussion as well as vocals and the piano.
The second appointment of the review saw the formation “Con alma Trio” perform on stage. Between feeling and atmosphere, the warm and effusive sonority of Vito Di Modugno's Hammond organ, the crystalline and illuminated one of Guido Di Leone's electric guitar and the rustling and fitting one of Mimmo Campanale on drums meet and merge for an effective jazz proposal. and thick.
"A song around the world" is the title of Mario Rosini's musical project, accompanied by Paolo Romano on bass and Mimmo Campanale on drums, guests of the third round of the festival.

Mario Rosini has raised the name of Puglia for more than 30 years. Pugliese, from Gioia del Colle, acrobatic pianist and surprising singer, is known to the general public for having ranked second at the Sanremo festival in 2004 with the song "Sei la vita mia". At the same time he has never forgotten his jazz verve and, to date, he is one of the most requested musicians on the national scene.

To close the review, the duo Paola Arnesano and Vince Abbracciante with a tribute to Brazilian popular music (or MPB) from the beginning of the twentieth century to today.

A music imbued with almost visceral feelings and moods that characterize the people: from "tristeza" to "felicitade", from "saudade" (nostalgia) to "choro" (tears). Through personal contaminations that do not alter the dignity of the style they tell "o choro", "o baiao", "o samba", "a bossanova", from Pixinguinha to Gonzaga, from Sivuca to Gismonti, from Barroso to Buarque.
All the events of the review were accompanied by the tasting of a selection of wines produced by some of the most important wineries in the area, including the wines of the Conte Spagnoletti Zeuli, Agricola Marmo, Torrevento and Carpentiere winery, all from the Murgia area. To reiterate, once again, that the combination of different excellences of a territory, such as music and wine, is not only possible but certainly winning.
